Home   Update on my progress on the path to total frustration.

Is has been five month since I wrote a letter to Judge Sam Madrano and sent copies to 18 others.  Response has been very slim. On December 2, 2009 Robert’s lawyer called him and said the judge had called him and asked if he had received the letter.  Robert’s lawyer thought the letter was funny.  He laughed and said it would not do any good.

He was right.  The letter did not accomplish anything.  I did receive a response from the American Bar Association.  They said that they do not discipline lawyers and referred me to the State Bar.

I had already received a response from the Texas State Bar Association.  They sent forms to file a grievance against the lawyer.  I mailed the grievance March 30, 2010 and received a letter April 14, 2010 telling me that my complaint does not constitute a grievance.  Of course they said I have 20 days in which I can appeal, but I would have to have new evidence or have a new complaint.  That does not sound like an appeal to me but I guess God has spoken.

We have talked to the ACLU and the Federal Bureau of Investigation about the illegal search warrant.  Both said they only concern themselves with matters of discrimination.  So if we were Black or Hispanic and could prove the illegal search warrant was issued because of discrimination they would investigate otherwise we are screwed.  Click here to read the text of and commentary on the 4th amendment to the US Constitution.

I have posted the grievance and search warrant on this site.  If you are interested in my reading my grievance click here.
